Solution
Literally depends on what you want to play, at what settings, and your monitor resolution.

For solitare, any GPU. For Fortnite or some other esports title, well, you can get away with some pretty cheap cards. Problem with cheap cards is that you can spend another 10 bucks and double or triple performance.

I suggest looking for used GTX 1000 series cards or RX 500 series cards.

Avoid things like GT cards, or low end R series cards (GT1030, GT740, GT730, GT720, GT710, etc R530) Avoid cards that have DDR3 instead of GDDR5/GDDR6.

how about this one?
NEW AMD Radeon RX 550 2GB GDDR5 Gaming Graphics Card HDMI DVI DP | eBay

Not a good gaming card.
20 dollars more and you can get this.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/MSI-AMD-Ra...161302&hash=item264fc897fd:g:CowAAOSwRtlfxCd2

For 5 dollars more than the card you looked at you could get this. The 970 while older is a far better graphics card
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Zotac-GeFo...272474?hash=item4225939cda:g:2HIAAOSwmyNfxCLM

This would be better than the 970 make him a low ball offer
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Geforce-GT...405967?hash=item5b82ad184f:g:STQAAOSwPzVfwXXq

Anymore gpu than this would be a waste.
