Cheapest Portrait Mode Monitor?

I basically want/need a second monitor just to view chats/have a notepad file open on it to look at, basic stuff like just reading text like that, and I was wondering if anyone could link me to the cheapest portrait mode monitor they know of? I literally just need it to view chat or notepad files while im running something on my main monitor so I am not too worried about resolution, mainly just want something as cheap as possible that wont fry itself.

Any monitor will work, use your graphics driver settings to rotate the screen on the additional monitor.
