I need a computer as cheap as possible the only things I do on it is play League of Legends and watch YouTube videos. I want a cheap build but not to the point where it lags or frame rates drop like crazy. Any suggestions are appreciated.

why not strive for better? why get stuck with a a10 which are pretty weak as long as mmorpgs are concerned?

I would suggest something like this:

go for something better not something you will get stuck with in a year.
the offered build at this price is not really a beast but is more future proof.
you can overclock the fx 6300 to handle any game and keep it for like 3 years and change the gpu when you need better
