so I was trying to use my modem's usb port to have an always on storage on my network, but it didn't work. so I was thinking what's the cheapest nas possible? I don't need more than my 32gb usb drive as storage really, I just want to have an easier way to access my files than getting a usb drive, plugging into my pc, copying stuff, pasting into whatever device I want to watch.
having a folder on my network that I can drop video files, and access from any device is all that I need. I just delete them after I watch so I don't need large storage.
