So what I´m basically after is the cheapest possible gaming pc that handle league of legends and cs go on a stable 144fps that rarely drops below that. also I wanna be able to play overwatch on a stable 60fps without drops.

Go 700$ minimum. Ryzen is amazing, and a dual core would never hit above 80 fps much less 144. Also, unless you have a 144hz monitor this is a complete waste.
