Cheapest PSU for GTX 960...

I'll be getting gtx 960 to replace my GTX 750...My current psu is frontech 450 watts that has 19A on 12 V rails but since it's a generic PSU it'd be risky to put my new gpu without replacing the psu....what's the cheapest one I can get to be safe? I don't think my system draws too much power since my processor's(i3 4130) TDP is 54 watts....

i have a cx430w psu in my system with the asus strix 960 and everything works fine, however i do not plan on doing any future overclocking and highly advise you against oc'ing if you go with a 430w psu.
