No, two R9 280X in X8+X8 configuration won't be bottlenecked by PCI-E slots!

Oops, I didn't paste the board. I only want 2 way crossfire. I was going to ask about the H87 pro4? Or would the Z87 Extreme 4 be better? I'm not going to overclock anyway.

H87 Pro4 doesn't support CrossFireX so yes Z87 Extreme4 is the best price/performance board on the market
