cheapest smartphone with a good camera and battery life?

I want a camera that can SMS, use line and facebook, and make telephone calls. I don't care about much else, what is the cheapest phone with a good camera and a battery that will last through the day?

thanks for the responses, there are no plans here in Asia though that do serious contracts like in the States, it would be over $500 for the iphone with contract (+about $15/month for the expensive plan). There are no moto phones here either, I Think I am limited to Huaewai, oppo, samsung, apple, HTC, asus, sony, Vivo, WIko, microsoft, I can't think of any others but the selection is rather limited compared to the States.
