Now, do I need to buy Windows 8.1 for 105€ or is there a cheaper way to get it?

Dude... Windows 8 is newer than 7 and is faster.
Windows 10 still has problems (reported by many people), so I´ll go with 8!

Windows 8 is actually slower than windows 7, it comes with all these applications that run in the background that you never use, and it doesn't even have a start menu.
