Thanks for your suggestions.

Ive looked at the 7770, Looks good! but how would it run the games mentioned?

how would the 6670 run the games mentioned? thanks

i have sapphire oc 1gb vapor x edition 7770 an it runs most games on high settings, such as SWTOR. If you want the safer option id recommend the Nvidia GTX 550 Ti though, just based on my experience my brother has had his Nvidia GTX 550 Ti forever and its never had an issue and works great on most games, my graphics card only seems to be very very very slightly better than his and Amd Catalyst with drivers is anoyying at times for games, just from my brothers experience i recommend the Nvidia 550 Ti, under £90 from amazon.

Thanks for your suggestion oliver,
Though i concidered it at first i have heard Terrible Reviews about it,
so might not get that..

i haven't used one but when i bought my 7770 it was between that and the 6850, it just seemed that i didn't need a demanding card as much as a 6850 and the 7770 was much more healthy for the pc it seemed with power consumptions and temperature from what i heared.

Don't Go for the 7770! I just found out what my problem is, my graphics card! I got the 'NEW' Sapphire Vapor-x OC 1 GB 7770 Version in October 2012, now mine is already faulty not even used for 6 months yet, go for nvidia, amd r unreliable, my brothers nvidia 550 ti has lasted him for like 2 years now with no troubles at all!

I ran a 5770 for two years and I'm running a 2 year old 5870 now. Neither has had any trouble. I will say that the 5870 is a Sapphire and I have to down clock the memory a hair though for stability. So if you are looking to draw any conclussions about reliability I would say Sapphire may be iffy but it's not any failure of AMD's. These are not reference design cards so you can't blame AMD for it.

Ya, from what I hear. But like any brand I guess, you can always get a bad one. I would probably buy another Sapphire but I personally thought my HIS was a nicer card. The Sapphire hasn't impressed me but other than the one issue I guess I can't complain.

My point was that you can't throw AMD under the bus for a product they didn't actually make.
