Hello. I', having a Dell T3500 with a Xeon E5620 clocked at 2.4GHz and a Quadro 600 1GB. I'm planning to upgrade to a more powerful CPU and graphics card later on for better performance in working and gaming (yes, I know a workstation isn;t good for gaming, but this is my only PC right now since I'm only 16 and can't buy my own PC cuz we're Asians ;-;) Do you guys have any good suggestions, cuz I'm pretty new to these kind of thing.

Much appreciated :) I will be very thankful for your help

Hmmm your cpu upgrade potential is very less sorry to say this. What you can do is upgrade the GPU if your PSU support this. Try to find out the wattage and pcie pins (power supply) available to add better gpu.
Most of the OEM mobos has limited cpu compatibility FCLGA1366 is old too. It is not a bad cpu. The bad part of your pc is the quadro 600 which is insanely slow for modern titles. So no need to search for cpu try to get the psu specs and get a better gpu first.
