Check computer build

The build is good, with some remarks:
1. Get the i7 4790k, since you already have a Z97 mobo.
2. Add an SSD if you can, or later on if the budget doesn`t allow for it now.
3. The PSU is a bit overkill. For the 970, 550W is enough, however, the 750W is good if there`s a chance you will add another card later on.

The PSU could be from a better brand (like SeaSonic, Antec, XFX, Silverstone, EVGA), but that`s up to you.

Looking very nice!

I'd make a couple changes
1. Upgrade to the 4790K, might as well get the latest generation
2. Consider getting a little faster ram. It's only a few dollars more. Maybe 1866 CL9
3. Upgrade your PSU. That one is an average one, and definitely not made for overclocking. Maybe this one. Made by Super Flower, one of the best OEM makers in the industry. Semi-modular, gold rated. It's an amazing price right now too.

Solution
Let me elaborate further

1. Intel processors with " k " at the end of their model names are unlocked CPUs. These unlocked CPUs allows you to easily overclock them, but you would need a decent Zx7 motherboard to do so too. The Z97 motherboard you chose is a great choice.

2. 2TB of space is A LOT. A cheap 1TB HDD paired with a 240GB SSD would be a better choice. SSDs use flash memory as compared to the classic magnetic disk of a HDD. So SSDs are a lot faster, lighter, and are virtually silent. However $ per GB ratio is a lot greater. A 1TB HDD is usually cheaper than a 240GB SSD.

3. Can't decide which PSU to buy ?

Choose power supplies from tier 1a - 2b

You can never go wrong with a Seasonic

Ah okey Ithink Ill change the PSU Ill take those into consideration, how about cooling do I need extra fans or the once on case are enough ?

PS : for right now I'm not intersted in overclocking
