Check media (failed) no bootable device Please help!!

I recently changed my password and reset my Toshiba right after...then was told I had wrong password so I tried to do a factory reset...although it said partition was missing. While looking for trouble shooting ideas I came across a rewrite of partion using efi in command prompt..needless to say it didn't pan out. Now when I turn computer on it says checking media files(fail) and no bootable device. I tried going back to bios and changing boot to csm but uief is in grey and won't let me change it. What are my options??

Unless your know your password, and it actually works, your only recourse is to contact Toshiba.
