Hi there all!
Here is my build:

The build is intended for a fullHD gaming (maybe for a 2k, but defensively not 4k).

Also I am not planning to do any overclocking but still not refuse to go for it if it is necessary.

I am not strong at computer parts so maybe I've missed something important. Need you critical sight on this.
For example:
- is h110 mobo ok for this build? Or should I look for some other chipset?
- do I really need a 500W PSU? Or may I switch to a cheaper with lower wattage? pcpartpicker.com estimates my wattage use in ~266W.
- some people recommend me to go for a haswell build and claim it will be more powerfull for the same money.
- which mobo can be a good replacement for the one in the build? Since I can not find those GA-H110M-A in any store in my country.
and so on...

I do not intend you to answer all the questions listed. Just give me your thoughts on the build...

Also I am willing to make this build cheaper if it is possible to safely switch to some different parts without loosing any significant benefits.

I ended up making several changes in order to get a better psu and B150 motherboard at no extra cost.

Thanks man! Your answer is exactly what I was looking for. I will pick it as this thread's solution if you also answer my question concerning haswell build benefits and tell me ways to make the build cheaper without loosing anything.
