Want a verifier to ensure these parts are compatible and I'll be able to assemle without issues. Or if I forgot anything. PASSED PC part checker compatibility, but a second check is always nice:
Corsair vengeance c70 case
I7 6700k processor
MSI GTX 1070 GPU
Hyperfury ddr4 ram 2400 2x8 gb
Coolermaster 212 CPU fan
Asus 24xdvd burner SATA optical drive
WD black 1TB 7200 6gb/s HDD
WINDOWS 10
EVGA supernova 750 g2 power supply
MSI gaming z170a gaming m5 atx intel motherboard. ***no SSD since I don't have money for it yet. Or should I get an SSD over the HDD?

Solution
The 6700k is probably overkill for that system, as it can handle that GPU with ease.

You may be better off saving money on that, the PSU, motherboard and HDD (and even case..) and using a 6600k, getting an SSD and a better cooler for example.

Something like the Asus z170-e board would be enough unless you plan on RAID NVME etc, as in some ways its a better board than the m5 anyway
You wont need a 750w PSU unless you plan on SLI in future, the motherboard may have more features than you need and the cooler is a bit budget

What do you want to use it for? Just gaming? The CPU may be overkill budget-wise. What do you want to spend?

With that budget you can still get an i7 unless you want a g-sync monitor. There are probably even more ways to balance it out tbh if someone spends the time going thru it

Yeah but like I say, it could probably be fine tuned even more, and it depends whether you want to keep the case, what monitor you want, whether you'll overclock, what you put emphasis on etc. It may even be worth getting a 1080 with a 6600k for example.

Only you can really make the final decisions, and it's best to understand what decisions you are making rather than let others make them for you. Research and ask questions. Then you will know what to look for yourself.
