Hi i am looking to have my first custom computer built and was wondering if someone could check my build for hardware compatibility.

CPU: i7 2600k sandy bridge quad core
PSU: CORSAIR HX1050
Hard drive: Western Digital Caviar Black WD2002FAEX 2TB HDD
RAM: Corsair XMS3 12GB Triple Channel DDR3 Memory Kit
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 570 1280 mb video card
motherboard: ASUS P8Z68 Deluxe LGA 1155 Intel Z68 SATA 6Gb/s
case: COOLER MASTER HAF 932 full tower
cpu cooling: Thermaltake Jing
gpu cooling: Zalman VF3000F
OS: windows 7 home premium 64 bit

Also will the cooler master haf 932 be a big enough tower to house all of this hardware and still keep the system airflow cool?

It all looks compatible except for the RAM. I'm pretty certain that the i7 only supports dual channel RAM and the mobo only offers four slots in dual channel. Maybe look into a 16GB (4x4GB) kit.

The tower is more than enough to provide adequate airflow.

If you want to save some money, you probably don't need the GPU cooler unless you're overclocking (though you do want a cpu cooler - the stock i7 coolers are crap). Also you can save about $50 going to the ASUS P8Z67 Pro which will probably suit the rest of the build. The biggest savings would be the i5-2500K processor - it's $100 less and only .1GHz slower. However, the i5 doesn't have hyperthreading so keep that in mind.

Thank you very much sir I will look into the RAM.

How about the tower being able to house all the hardware should there be enough space would you think? I have heard that the PSU and GPU are rather big in this build.

Thanks again about the processor as well.

Wow simply wow lol... thank you so much for taking your time to find these deals and specs. Great price as well! Going to have to get a bigger computer desk and get my eyefinity on :D
