You don't need 2133 Mhz ram, 1600 or 1333 is fine. For a gaming build, the i5's are better for the price. I would buy a full ATX board, with the one you have, if you ever run 2 GPU's you won't have a single free expansion slot. There's not really any reason to get a micro ATX board unless you want to throw it in a smaller case.

What are you building this machine for
Gaming? Then you don't need and i7, go for an i5. Are you overclocking? Buy an aftermarket cooling unit(Air or Liquid) don't trust the intel cooling units to work very well.

Somethings may need to be considered, your mobo in a Micro ATX, and your Case is a Mid Tower, meaning that your mobo may not fit in there.

should i go with the V Formula or the V Extreme for the better motherboard?

I am not so sure on the power supply really. Also I am considering overclocking if you guys would help me out by seeing if I would need to add anything.

You are still missing a CPU cooler, and since you want to overclock you will need the "K" or Unlocked Version of your CPU.

Intel Core i5 3570"K". That is the version of the processor that is able to overclock. http://goo.gl/RALrx

For cooling you have a few different options to go with. I have seen an i7 3770k that is overclocked to 4.5 with idle and load temps at around the low and below 20's and low and below 60's respectively. (Celsius BTW)

That being said, I prefer Air Cooling(water blocks make me paranoid, even though they are built to never ever leak) and I prefer Xigmatek Dark Night, Knight Hawk Edition. http://goo.gl/E8cy
It is one of the more slightly pricier air cooling solutions (certainly not the most expensive), but for the price, your are buying cooling that actually surpasses some $100+ liquid units. And that makes a lot of sense to me.

If you want cool, cleaner, sometimes quieter, more kickass looking cooling, than a water block will do the job. There is a wide array of choices, so you might be back here asking some more questions later if that is the route you decide to go with.

And the last thing is your PSU. With an overclock, a cooling unit, (water or air), and several fans you will be pushing beyond your 620W threshold. Give yourself some more breathing room and upgrade to a higher wattage solution, 750 Watts will be more than enough with some headroom for other things later in the future, but if you want another graphics card later you might need even
more than that.

Okay, so I did decide to overclock and I will only be spending 5$ more.

I did upgrade to a 750w psu to save myself a bit more money so I can get my computer quicker when I go to add another graphics card I can always upgrade my PSU.

When I add the cpu cooler (I went with the one you suggested) should I get rid of one of the 120mm fans I have or will that all still fit inside the case?

And for a water cooling system would I have to remove any case fans or anything and what do you suggest on brand for a water cooling system. I have always wanted water cooling and heard some great things about them but I do not exactly know the best way to set those up.

I realized that I will have actually a 1700$ limit.

I don't have any experience in that case, but more that likely you will have to remove those fans that are already attached to the case. Most waterblocks usually have dual 120's installed on them. So if there are any fans installed on the top if the case, or on the side of the case they will probably have to come off. In any case (no pun intended) it might be best to just stick with a simple waterblock or airclooer, you can't have both. The crazy liquid cooled build you see require a lot of plumbing and piping and custom adapters and joints that it can really become expensive. And that is a field that I have almost no experience in.

Last thing is that if you want another graphics card later it might be in your best interest to buy one now, and not wait until later. Removing the existing cables can be a hassle, but that is it really it. Just make sure you buy a PSU that is CrossFireX ready, and please don skimp out on the 80 plus Certification. its much better to spend some money on the power, than buy a cheap unit and watch it kill all of your expensive pc parts.

With that in mind I think you are ready to make this thing happen.

Thank you so much man! You really helped me out I went in this project knowing very little and came out knowing 100 times more also one question went unanswered the CPU cooler that you suggested should I remove one of the two 120mm fans im adding to the case or no?

Go ahead and remove them, the case has 4 fans already installed (3x 200mm Top, Front, Side and one 120 or 140 fan as exhaust in the back). I don't think you will need all of that for the moment at least.
