i5-2500 will be purchased off of eBay.

Please suggest ways to lower the price (if you know of a good cheap sub-40 case with many fans, share it).

Any suggestions on the cooler? The one I chose comes with thermal paste and is very fancy. Any ideas on a cooler around 5-15 price point?

browse ebay for a monitor you can get a pretty decent one for 50$

If you can get a good monitor for a bit less and use stock CPU cooler you could move up to a GTX 950.

I will buy the CPU off of eBay - it will not come with a CPU cooler.

Those Fancy LED cases are poor quality and the CM Coolers are around the same price as the M9i while the M9i is prettier. i5-2500 is not overclockable anyways.
