[SOLVED] Check Signal Cable anologe

I've just finish putting together a build and everything is running find and powered up... Though my monitor keeps showing "Check Signal Cable anologe" despite being connect via HDMI. I've tried every troubleshoot the Internet has to offer and still the same message. Changed hdmi cables and monitors and still the same message.

Motherboard - Asus Tuf B450 Plus Gamining
AMD Ryzen 7 1700, Wraith Spire Cooler
Corsair Vengeance LPX 32gb RAM 3000mhz
Western Digital 500gb HDD
Corsair VS450 450 W PSU

You have not listed one so.. do you have graphics card?
While motherboard might have display ports, your CPU does not have integrated GPU so they don't work.
