Hello all today I just got my brand new gaming pc and I have a problem with my monitor.
I have got the asus rog strix gtx 1070 but my monitor is a bit old(I plan to upgrade it). It's the LG flatron w2234s which has a dsub as output. The GTX 1070 has a dvi, hdmi and display port. However when I used an adapter( VGA to hdmi) I got an error to check signal cable. When I connected the dsub the problem was solved.
As I couldn't use the pc monitor I used a small TV I had and it worked great with hdmi to hdmi.
What adaptor should I use in order to use the pc monitor instead of the TV? Dsub to dvi? And where can I find one?
