Hello, does anyone have any idea why my 2nd monitor won't work? Before moving I turned on my PC to make sure everything was working from my 1st and 2nd monitor and it was 100% working. After moving and arriving at the house, I setup my PC, but only my main monitor is working while my 2nd monitor is stuck in "Check Signal Cable, under it has a Red/Green/Blue box with Digital" at the bottom. The 2nd monitor that's having problems is SyncMaster 226BW by Samsung. Thing is, everything is fine with my motherboard/gpu/cpu everything, since it was working perfectly fine earlier. Also I am using a DVI cable.

You should try a few things to eliminate the chance something was damaged during transport:

1) Your 1st monitor works. Does it work on all outputs of your graphics card (without any other monitor connected)? That will eliminate the possibility of a damaged connector.
2) Does your 2nd monitor work on the 1st one's connector or any other connector on your graphics card (again without any other monitor connected)?
3) Do your cables work on both monitors?
4) Do you have any other computers or any device with an output that you can try your 2nd monitor on?

If your 2nd monitor works in any other setup but your main PC, it might be some kind of power supply problem, where the monitor is not getting a strong enough video signal from the graphics card.

Check all your connections including the PCI-Express power connectors on your card.

Yeah my main monitor worked fine on both outputs, one monitor only supports HDMI while the other only supports DVI and VGA. Also, when I turn off my computer and unplug the cable, my 2nd monitor still just says "check signal cable"

power the pc down and reset your video card and ram. make sure nothing inside is lose. try booting in safe mode and uninstalling the gpu drivers and then installing the newest drivers again to rule out a damaged driver. on the monitor cable look for bent or broken off pins. also look to see if the cable looks broken inside.
