My Question Is : What Performance That I Will Get Using This Specs. And Are They Compatible With Each Other Or Not ?

Yea, I'm pretty sure they are compatible.

As for performance gaming wise, just look up some benchmark with the 960. You should find a lot of results for a rig running 960. Also take note that most games runs best with a quad core config. Having a dual core may result in some performance lost from the benchmarks you see online by other people with the same GPU.

As for normal day to day use, the core you chose is a dual core one. So any task that utilises more cores will present some trouble for the CPU.
