Noticed lotsa my auto-renew insured ietms have become uninsured after
last patch. Check your items!

i found out the hard way when I died in the undead city and all my
artifacts and half my non-artifact stuff stayed on my body

I died this morning and found out my auto-insure policy is gone and had to
set it up again.
