Anyone know where I can get a copy of this?

I'm trying to resolve the Account Lock Out problem and have tried the MS site, downloaded the DDK, but nowhere is there a copy of the file.

You have to download the checked build SP and extract
the files.

Use the /x extension in a command prompt to extract the files to a
directory of your choice e.g., SP6AI386.EXE /x
