Checking compatibility of components

Building a gaming PC for my 11 yr old that will also dual boot as an Ubuntu development workstation for myself. I've put together a configuration and just hoping I don't get any nasty incompatibilities (with the hardware) as I unbox. Here's what I'm looking to buy:
