I want to make sure that it is 100% ok before I buy the parts as this is quite a large investment (especially for a 15 year such as myself). I want to be able to OC my CPU confidently, and won't be adding a 2nd card.

CPU - Intel 3rd Generation Core i5-3570K CPU (4 x 3.40GHz, Ivy Bridge, Socket 1155, 6Mb L3 Cache, Intel Turbo Boost Technology 2.0)
CPU Cooler - CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Evo - 4 Heatpipe, Tower CPU Cooler
MOBO - ASRock Z77 Pro 4 S1155 Intel Z77 DDR6 ATX
GFX - Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 DirectCU II OC 2GB GDDR5 Graphics Card
RAM - Corsair 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600Mhz CL9 Vengeance Black Performance Desktop Memory Kit
PSU - Corsair 600W Builder Series CX Series CX 80+ Bronze ATX Power Supply
HDD - Western Digital 1TB internal Hard Drive - Caviar Blue (3.5 inch)
Case - NZXT Phantom USB 3.0 Big Tower Chassis
OS - Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit SP1 Operating System Single OEM DVD
DVDRW - Asus DVD-RW Drive (DRW-24F1ST, S-ATA, DVDR: 24x, CD-R: 48x, E-Green, Disc Encryption II)
Thermal Compound - Arctic Cooling MX-4 4g

The OC'd card only takes 284 at load, are you completely sure 600w wont be enough?
EDIT: the CPU OC'd to 4.2 should only take around 200 at load
EDIT: I am getting a 700W now after looking into it further

Would this do? CoolerMaster 700W G-Series G700W 80+ Bronze Power Supply
Also how do you feel about Windows 8.1? Should I get it or Windows 7?

Windows 7 is probably better, and dont listen to these people. Buy a corsair 700W/800W with 80+ bronze and you'll be fine. A power supply only needs to have twice as wattage as the most power-hungry component.

He is a mod and has Master badges on most topics so I'll listen to him primarily, no offense. Surely twice the wattage of my most hungry component would be 600W

Hahaha, saying 'don't listen to Blackbird about PSUs' is like saying 'don't listen to the law enforcers about the law'.

Windows 8.1 is the better system, but it's much more annoying to use.

Yeah sorry, I think I went about that the really obnoxious way.
Sorry Blackbird!
