So, there was this scam going around that by now most of you will have heard it. I bought a Ryzen 1700x three days ago, and found out about the scam yesterday. Now, my CPU just arrived, and I wanted to know for sure if it's real

The stickers seem to be original (the ones on the box) but I can only test the left tilt because my dad broke it when opening the box.

The QR on the box sends me to a page that says that the CPU is authentic, here's a pic: https://puu.sh/wTMJk/0610eb19df.png

Now the Processor has a sticker with these codes: https://puu.sh/wTMP7/87c2b1ac6c.jpg

The serial number is the same, but the part number differs. Should I be worried and contact amd, or is thid normal?

Solution
the scam was people putting an actual sticker on a cheaper cpu so that when they returned it, it looked" like the right thing.
Unless there's an obvious sticker on the top of your CPU, don't worry.
