I have installed the ssd and everything seems to be working. I don't know how to check if it is optimized. Thanks for the reply.

Run the windows experience index and it will rate your cpu,video card , memory and hdd and then give you a score. Your score will be whatever hardware has the lowest score. It will give you the score of all the other components as well and then you can see where your SSD comes in.
