Checking to see if this is a scam

Solution

Probably someone selling baked cards. They take a card that doesn't work and put in the oven this sometimes reflows the solder which will temporarily fix the card but after a few months or weeks the card stops working again. But by then you've already given the seller good reviews and the 30 day return policy has expired.

P.S. You can blame crypto currency mining for this.

Insanely too good to be true price + most recent ONE feedback is still a while back + all other feedback item is over a year old + NONE of it computer-tech related.

Scam on a hacked account. This seems to be coming up a lot these days.

EDIT: also, is it me, or does there not seem to be an easy way to report a suspected hacked account on ebay?
