Checksum mismatch error

Hello guys

I have just bought the new Power&Revolution : Geopolitical Simulator 4. It came out 2 days ago. It took a while to download the 1.6GB but hey....what was I gonna do so I waited and waited until finally it finished. It is a single file named par_en_dl_611.exe . When I try to open it it give me the following error. " Checksum mismatch. The installation is corrupt or has been tampered with. If you downloaded this file from the internet, try downloading it again. " Press OK and it gives em another error saying " Couldn't read TOC. Aborting" .

Has anyone in here encountered this before? Any opinions or straight up answers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The part PAR stands for partial meaning it never finished and is incomplete thus throwing up the error. If you right click on it you may be able to resume it. Good luck!
