As a strong coventry fan i am glad to see him go, I know managers musnt take
all the blame but he really has been poor in his 8 month reign
31 games, 13 losses, 10 wins and 8 draws. God knows who is going to come in,
ive heard on the grapevine from around the terraces last weekend, that
mickey adams has been at the last 3 games, i've also heard megsons name
thrown in, but we need something doing, were sitting in 20th place, with no
chance of the playoffs and maybe a relegation battle, with the new stadium
hopefully fully built for next season we really need to still be in div1.
if anyone has an opinion, please share as to what you think may happen at
coventry now.

At least he's gone, that's the main thing.

Pearce has been mentioned on the BBC website this morning.

Also being a fellow Cov fan I'm glad to see Reid go, and to be honest I'm
surprised it took so long. What I'm saying is the Coventry board sacked Eric
Black for inconsistency when we were unbeaten in 10 games under his reign,
and look at the inconsistency of Reid! I think a lot of our of the pitch
happenings have had an effect on the way we have been playing, this whole
Dhinsa deal is quite frankly pissing me off. As for the next coach....well
its going to be very hard because we still have no money, meaning we can
only sign free transfers, Mickey Adams does appear to be favourite but sadly
I cant see anyone else wanting to sign for us. Safety from relegation has to
be our main aim this season, although with the way the Championship shapes
up don't be surprised if we were to make a late push for the playoffs.

The one thing that nags in my mind is the Palace situation about 12 months
ago.
