Chewed Chip problem

My house recently had a mouse problem, long sotry short they got to my computer room and made a nest, tonight i found that nest and thr mice in it (no more mice in my computer room now) inside the nest i found a comptuer chip.
It has serveral red and blue wires on it ( though chewed off) the only markings i can see is in the corner it says 308. And on another small black piece says 513 (or e15, its very small.) Anyone know what that is for?

Also my gpu is working, i can still play games, however the fans are not running on the gpu (the rest of the fans run fine) also one of the dvi ports no longer work. I cant see any loose wiring so i am very confused.

Care to take a pic of that piece of electronics so we can have better understanding of it?

Also, if it were from your PC, e.g part of the MoBo, your PC wouldn't turn on at all, let alone playing games on it.
