So I bought an X79 bundle from china a few months ago and it all worked perfectly. Until i stopped using the PC for two months as it was my secondary PC, now when I try to turn it on, it displays an error

It loads the bios splash screen but it displays B1InitializeLibraryFailed 0xc0000185
and when I enter the BIOS, the clock doesn't work correctly. I can change the time but it resets after going to another tab in the BIOS, and i cant change the date.

Error Code: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hggnjC7gQmYc16Mkv0J9EI1-n8sE3XAP/view?usp=sharing

Time Malfunction: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1h_4aZ0h9I3tXA1rltV0EpJMzKIa3QHH8/view?usp=sharing

Specs are:
Intel Xeon E5 2689
X79G Motherboard
4x8GB DDR3 REG ECC 1333

Tried:
Resetting BIOS
Removing CMOS
Reseat components

After all that still the same problem.

its Bl (boot loader) not B1

did you try to replace CMOS battery?
sorry for the late reply, but yes.

Replaced with new CMOS battery
Disabled secure boot
Disabled Above 4G decoding
Tried to boot with USB install
Tried to boot with no drives installed, still cant change the date and time
Tried to boot without CMOS battery

I really cant see how a motherboard bricked itself after sitting for 2 months. Everything else still works except the date and time
