For a longer time i got apex high cpu usage and tried so many ways to solve it but nothing works. So i decided to restart reset pc to factory settings. I started downloading drivers but there was one driver for my MB from MSI and one from AMD support.

So i first download that from MSI but then also from AMD nothing happened but i am still worried if its okay to install two chipset drivers ?
Now i have every important drivers but still worried about the chipset ones.

Solution
Chipset drivers from Amd are usually newer. Can address performance issues if there are any but reasons for high cpu usage are many. Commonly, high background usage/malware etc, thermal throttling, full OS drive, hardware throttling/ specs not running properly, or lack of cpu threads. Apex isn't a demanding game so it could be any of the above or something else.

Maybe chipset drivers help your issue but they need to be installed after downloading.

List entire pc specs please and run Userbench site and provide link to results page.

You don't have to download any driver from motherboard's site. Windows update will do that for you. Only driver you should download is chipset driver. You should always download chipset driver from AMD's site.

How did you "reset" your PC? Did you do a clean install of Windows10?

I agree that using the drivers from the AMD support site is better as you do get the latest. The latest from AMD includes fixes for security holes so it's highly recommended to update to them. As noted, once you download you still need to install. The installer removes older drivers and updates them with the newer ones.

Another advantage of using the AMD support site driver package is you don't get the bloatware, trashware and spam that motherboard mfr's often include in the driver packages they provide. It's especially bad in the 'motherboard utilities' they provide, so if you installed those that could easily bring back high CPU useage. At the least I'd un-install them but I had to do another clean install of Windows when I installed the motherboard utilities for my new Asus board.
