Former. INF first, then IME, then I/O.

My mistake you are talking different drivers.

They all say Intel, but that's the only thing they have in common. Just the INF needs installing if you've already installed the top 2 drivers, the IME and I/O. Look at version release dates.

The only one you need is the INF driver.

You do not need the serial driver if you don't have anything connected via UART, I2C, or GPIO.

The IME driver is also isn't necessary for most home users.
