I have an Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe mobo and a single 7950 GX2 video card. As has been well documented the chipset fan on that board is junk and mine is going bad - again! I know I could have Asus send me another one, but I'd like to avoid this execise in the future.
In looking for a suitable third-party cooler, I can't find any that will fit in the room I have. The double thick video card leaves little head room for anything higher than the dimensions of the stock Asus cooler. Even the passive ones I see are too high.
Can anyone recommend a cooler that might fit the bill? I'd greatly appreciate any guidance or personal experiences. Thanks in advance.
