Question chirping sound coming from my PC + Speakers

So....I hear this annoying chirping sound that goes away partly when I turn off the speakers but then it continues from the PC case ....what could be the problem ? after some hours\a day it takes a break and stops but eventually continues

Can you take a cell phone video of pc case nosie and post it up. Could be anything.
