[SOLVED] Chkdsk error (Segate external HD)

Hi
i had a problem with my Segate external HD 2TB) - i am unable to view or open files stored on it - its recognized by my computer but no files or folders can be viewed - Through CMD i run chkdsk E: /f /r /x (E is my hard drive letter) and this error code is found " Unspecified error occurred 696e647863686b2e 17ea" see please help
