When I tried to use the chkdsk /r /f cmd command to check one of my Hd's on Windows 7 it started to use my ram
at an alarming 1% per second, after 1.5 minutes the command was using 90% so I cancelled it.
On Google I found out that this is a Windows 7 bug that was fixed on Windows 8 and beyond.
What can I do to check my disk without this massive use of ram?
