[SOLVED] Choice between (Bre-built + Financing $950) and (Building my own - No Financing $X)

Hello, this is my first post, trying to follow the rules :D

I am used to building PCs (I work at a game console/PC repair shop)
BUT I am struggling with a decision on this build.

Dell offers this PC for $950:
https://www.dell.com/en-us/buy/savedcart/index/4410744?ac=1500c9c6-32af-4f08-947c-caaa2e211e85
and Dell has the option of paying $80 a month, which I need. (and no interest if paid on time, which is nice)

1) Is this a decent deal or could I get alot more out of building a PC of equal quality possibly cheaper?

2) also any build advice on 1) with some upgrade potential would be awesome
A tangible goal that I've set is to have Doom Eternal run at a smooth 60 on a 1080p monitor
Most of the stuff I play ins't extremely intensive so if it can do that, that is fine. the 1660 Super seems like a really solid card for me

3) And if anyone is aware of other tech sites that have a pay per month option on individual parts or large purchases

Don't feel obligated to answer all three, any advise is helpful!
Thank you!

Thank you for the quick response, USAFRet!

It looks like I can finance through Paypal. So, maybe it wont be an issue after all.

Does anyone know if I should I wait for the next set of cards to come out?
