If you want a relatively cheap ATX board, go with the ASRock Z77 Extreme4:

Your link really didn't show anything for me. Which i5 were you looking at getting? The z77 Extreme 4 is a nice board for the $$$. I have had mine nearly a year and a half now.

If you're talking about the i5-3570(k) then go for that MOBO. Good value for money, with headroom for overclocking.
