If I had to guess, the board with the most features is going to be anything but 'cheap'. Likely some of the most premium boards with equally premium prices. It really comes down to the features you need, not everyone has a need for every bell and whistle. There's middle ground between picking the cheapest board possible and cutting yourself short of useful connectivity, and overpaying for a board that has tons of features you may never use.
