What's the rest of your system?

This is what i've decided on so far
P4 2.6c
Asus P4P800
Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 9 120G 8M SATA150
OCZ Dual Channel 2X256MB DDR PC4000 W/ Copper Heat Spreader
ATI Radeon 9200
Leadtech TV2000 XP Deluxe
Thermal Right SLK-947U
Enermax EG465P-VE(FC) 450W
Lite-On XJ-HD166S 16/48x DVD/CD drive
Lite-On LDW-401S DVD/CDRW writer
Creative Audigy 2

PC4000 will give you much more syncronized overclockability.

-Intel PIV 2.6C @ 3.575G -Asus P4P800 -OCZ Copper 2x256 4000EL memory @ 275mhz 3-4-4-8 -XFX 5900 128meg 450/900 -SB audigy -120G Maxtor Diamond Plus9 S-ATA150 hdd -450 Enermax PSU

You should be able to hit 250MHz FSB (QDR 1000) with PC4000 RAM (DDR500), and have it run synchronously. That gives your 2.6C 3250MHz.
