Hello everybody, I'm planning to get a new monitor to use and I'm hesitating between some monitors. Im not sure if I should get 1440p monitor or not as my GPU is only 4060.

Here is my laptop spec:

Processor: 13th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-13650HX Processor (E-cores up to 3.60 GHz, P-cores up to 4.90 GHz)
Graphic Card: NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4060 Laptop GPU 8GB GDDR6
Memory: 32 GB DDR5-4800MHz (SODIMM)
Storage: 2x 512 GB SSD M.2 2242 PCIe Gen4 QLC
My old monitor is a AOC 24G2SPAE

Here are some choices that I'm looking at:
AOC Q27G3XMN/BK, however I saw some reviews that the Europe version have some firmware problems.
ASUS ROG Strix XG27ACS, the price is cheaper however the screen technology is LED so thats why I'm hesitating
BenQ Zowie XL2540K, cuz I mostly play FPS games so I'm thinking I just need a full hd monitor with a higher rate.
Alienware AW25223HF

I mostly play FPS games, so If you guys have any other recommendation, please give me. Or is no need to upgrade my monitor.

P/S: I'm currently staying in Swiss so some monitors might not be available.

Thx so much guys.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

The RTX4060/4060Ti is designed as a low-mid range 1440p card but at 1080p, you can max out in-game settings.

IMHO, you shouldn't change your monitor as it's IPS and 1080p unless it's failing at doing it's duties, considering you don't have that much oomph in your hardware.

Here is my laptop spec:
What is the make, model and SKU for your laptop?

If your laptop can't output through the display ports beyond 60Hz, then you're also investing in something that's irrelevant in your scenario, hence why I asked for the laptop's info.

So if I get a full hd screen, can I run at 240hz with my 4060, ( I mostly play FPS games) ?
