Hey guys, I was wondering what is the best GPU that I can get that won't be bottlenecked by the rest of this system?

With your system, any 700 series NVidia card will be more than enough. Most games nowadays are heavily optimized to use hardware gpu's and as such take a minimal toll on cpu's. There are excpetions such as BF4 in multiplayer, or WoW, but a 750 ti will still not be the bottleneck in those systems.
The better card you get, the better the results. For example, I run a heavily oc'd GTX780 under water cooling, with an i5-2500K, and I have never seen my CPU go above 55% utilization while in game. As you can see, even with a fast card, and an older processor, the video card is still the system bottleneck.
