Choose a motherboard for FX6300

Hi, I need help to choose a motherboard. For what my little budget allowed, and what the nearby computer shop selling, I only have these few options:

Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4591#ov
ASRock 970 Extreme3 http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/970%20Extreme3/
MSI 970A-G43 http://www.msi.com/product/mb/970A-G43.html

I will pair this motherboard with my FX6300, and overclock it on water cooler (Corsair H100i).

I tried to google for some review but can't seems to find anything conclusive.

I'd definitely go with the ASRock board! That particular Gigabyte board has pretty poor reviews, I'd stay away.

If you plug them into Newegg, you can find pretty handy reviews.

My local reseller has recommend these 2 motherboard to me, but they are a bit out of my budget which mean I have to postpone my plan for a cpu cooler for another month. Any thoughts?

I'd still definitely go with ASRock, I've heard too many bad things about MSI having terrible QC and customer service. ASRock boards are solid.

Yep wouldn't touch MSI for a build, QC is Very poor, might look at Asus, 2 good mobos there in the lower price range, the M5A99X EVO R2.0 and the original M5A97 R2.0
