Question Choose New GPU RX Vega 56 or Vega 64?

Hello Please can everybody help me to decide i got offer rx Vega 56 for 250$ and Rx Vega 64 370$ That are used prior to mining but still have a guarantee , can you suggest what i must choose vega 56 or 64? My Cpu now is i3 6100 that will be so bad in bottlenecking with the gpu? What cpu that maybe that i can buy to replace it?

You would want a i7 6700 and a VEGA 56.

Are you thinking that 250$ vega is good bargain? And that card still have warranty until 2020
