They cost about the same at me, not much difference.

Gigabyte - GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4 GB Windforce OC Video Card

2nd:

AMD - Ryzen 5 1600X 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor
Gigabyte - B450M DS3H Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard
Kingston - HyperX Predator 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
MSI - Radeon RX 570 8 GB ARMOR OC Video Card

I mostly will use it for online gaming.

Build number 2 is much better, CPU is better & GPU is better.

I also go with number two and replace the ryzen 5 1600x with the ryzen 5 2600 very close price but the 2600 has slightly better performance
