and i want to buy 2 pieces of 2X1 gb which ram choose are those compartiple with my motherboard?

All of them are compatible but I'd say go with the card in the last link.

I ask the seller from ebay and he tell me now that will not me compartiple..lol ?

could be a scam cause some guy scammed me on ebay about the exact same thing

I've heard a lot of people scammed on eBay also I've never tried it. Since he needs a DDR ram card which is very rare these days the best bet is to get it from eBay.
