Question Choosing a 75hz or 144hz monitor.

Hello, I would like some advice when choosing a monitor which has 75hz or another one with 144hz.

My specs are:
16gb of Ram
AMD Radeon R9 390
Ryzen 7 1700
MSI X370 Gaming Pro

The main use would be for gaming at 1920x1080 on FPS mostly, and on secondary for editing and programming(but I believe this last one might not influence much when choosing).
I also would like to know if the FreeSync feature is worth looking for when choosing with these features and what recommendations are best.
My budget is up to 400 USD.

I would go for 144hz freesync. Freesync is fairly cheap and 144hz is 100% worth it for the smoothness especially when you're playing fast paced games like fps. I must warn you though, once you game on 144hz, you'll never go back to 60hz. Hope this helps man

If your video card and CPU are not giving you 144 fps or more in the games you play, using a 144 Hz monitor is just a waste of money.
